Q: Does it support Diagonal rotation ?

R: NO, Only support UP/DOWN, LEFT/RIGHT

Q: How to make sure weather our DVR support this camera ?

R: This is the AHD 5MP camera, so your camera must have the AHD 5MP mode, or it will not work.

Q: If I want to use the CVI mode, how can I change it ?

R: The first change your dvr to AHD mode,then Get into the PTZ function menu, transfer the “73”to visit the camera menu.

The “zoom-“”zoom “is for choose the menus, the “focus ” is for confirm the setting.

Q: When I change the camera to CVI,TVI modes, why can not use the transfer 73 to visiti the menu ?

R: If your camera is in CVI or TVI and CVBS mode, you must contact your DVR 485 connector, and the dvr PTZ config choose

“RS485”,then transfer 73 to visit the menu.
